plaukimo nuotolis statusas T sritis Kūno kultūra ir sportas apibrėžtis Atstumas, kurį plaukikas (komanda) turi įveikti plaukdamas vienu ar keliais būdais arba nerdamas. Moterys ir vyrai plaukia 50, 100, 200, 400, 800 m nuotolius, vyrai – dar ir 1500 m nuotolį. Atviruose vandenyse – 5 ir 10 km (vyrams ir moterims). Povandeninio plaukimo nuotolio ilgis: nuo 100 iki 1500 m (su plaukmenimis) ir nuo 100 iki 800 m (su akvalangu). Nėrimo nuotolio ilgis 50 m. atitikmenys: angl. swimming distance vok.
